Raclette is a semi-soft cow’s milk Alpine cheese and interactive dish originating from Switzerland & France famous for its exceptional melting quality. The name comes from the French word racler, meaning "to scrape," reflecting the traditional method of melting the face of a cheese wheel and scraping it over food.
We are quite fond of our Raclette dinners. We like to think they are a not to be missed event. Held outdoors, on our patio, in the heart of Habersham, these traditional Raclette dinners are accompanied by a carefully selected collection of French wines available for purchase by the glass or by the bottle.
